Blog post #2: My Complexity

Everybody’s different in one way or another, but it’s surprising how different we can be from how we perceive ourselves without even knowing it. Being different is a wonderful thing in my eyes. So many personalities mixed together in the world makes for different types of beauty to be seen.

              I’ve learned more about myself from Pinterest in a few hours than I have in my whole life. All the images have really put my personalities and likes in view and have shown me that I’m more complex than I had ever thought and that I have somewhat of a darkness to me, yet I also have the traits of a little girl.  

          The purpose of my blogs is to be myself and I think this I going to really help me finally understand myself and make me more comfortable with my feelings and being my own person. As a reminder, be yourself, because nobody can judge you if you don’t let them. ;)

Who Am I?

     “What makes you, you?” That’s a good question. What does make me, me? I don’t know, I guess my personality. My shyness, yet sometimes I’m the craziest person there is. The way I can act so strong then break down behind closed doors. Pretty much I’m all over the place but that’s who I am and I’m OK with that. Around my friends I’m definitely the outgoing one. Around my family I’m the sweet little girl that they’ve always known, with a little kick. I’m perfectly comfortable talking to strangers at work, yet in a non-work-related situation I would freeze up like nobody’s business. As for my online persona, I think I’m sort of a blended up concoction of all my traits, good and bad. I would be lying if I said I’ve never posted anything on Facebook that was unprofessional, however, I have never posted anything that I wouldn’t want my future bosses to see. Overall, my blog is going to be a mixture of my feelings, my thoughts, and the things I’m passionate about at that particular moment. I hope you guys enjoy!
